Safe and Secure Payment

Card payments are processed via the Actinic Secure Payments gateway and hence your card details are not down loaded onto any of our systems. Your card statement will simply show "Cyrex Ltd". Orders are normally dispatched the day following your order placement.

If you do not have a credit/debit card or would simply rather pay by cheque then email us details of the items you wish to order and we will confirm the total amount payable and the address to send your cheque to.

All orders are shipped in discreet plain packaging with the sender being identified as "Cyrex Ltd".

We aim to ship all orders received before 12 noon on the day of receipt. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day on the following services:

UK orders: Next Day Carrier Service

European orders: 48 hours to most countries

All other communities should go to our US Dollar website.

Please note that all deliveries must be signed for.

If any items are temporarily out of stock you will be notified and given the option to either wait for the item or cancel it but we normally have everything in stock.
